Interview process comprises of 3 rounds-
First round was MCQ comprising each Sector of Salesforce , but the cut off was low I guess.
Second was skype technical call, stating to explain about my project and questions around Apex, triggers, vf pages and few integration.
Third round was HR round.

As a fresher,the interview consists of two rounds.
Aptitude and face to face technical round.
Aptitude round was normal and technical round sounds like some problem solving nature of the candidates.

Technical Interview : it was technical round ask question related to specific domain.
HR round : its a simple round where i had discussed salary and work location.

Entrevista
The hiring process is bad. No hiring manager was assigned. First interview, interviewer asked 5 questions only easy ones. Then HR called saying the the interview should be minimum 30 mins. The second interview went 70 mins long . No reply from HR after second interview for almost 2 months till date.
