On-campus recruiting. Applied through university job board and was offered an interview within several weeks. The process had 2 rounds at about 2 hours each. First round had two sets of basic case studies. Second round had one behavioral interview and one in-depth case study.

Das Case-Interview war auch komplett in der falschen Branche für meine Bewerbung. Nach dem Case Interview wurde ich gefragt, was meine Einstellungen für den Job sind. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Arbeitszeit eher bei einer 60-Stunden-Woche liegt und es kein Privatleben gibt. Zudem wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mich falsch beworben habe.

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
