Interview process was very smooth but in the interview they have not asked about any technical question only HR type question and in what basis they have rejected that is very difficult to say because my performance was better ,I have given all the answer in every smooth and sound manner.

Introduction and only about project related question at first i thought that i would be selected but at last they rejected me.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
