The very first step in my recruitment process was completing their mock case assessment. The format was all digital and very enjoyable. It not only gave a chance for Accenture to see if I'm a good fit for their team, but it also gave me a chance to see if this work is a good fit for me.
After a few weeks went by, I had a standard phone screening with the recruiter. He asked basic questions about my education (GPA), when I graduate, if I'm comfortable with travel, etc.
The next step was the interview with an Accenture Executive, what they called the Virtual Assessment Day. For this, there were three parts: a technology showcase, a strengths-based interview, and client challenges.

What is something you will do to strengthen the bond among your team?
there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
Primo colloquio consiste in una breve presentazione di te stesso in massimo quattro minuti e in un assessment di gruppo per la risoluzione di un case da loro proposto, dove si lavora in gruppo con altri candidati e si arriva ad una proposta finale in 50 minuti di tempo
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
