Very unorganized approach, the HR are totally clueless and are in no position to be able to answer your questions - in a way I accept that they don't have subject knowledge. But they even fail to have basic courtesy to answer phone calls and this is the number that have shared with the candidates.
Following which there were couple of rounds where in a video call link was shared but the interviewers failed to use that and max time goes in trying to connect the calls as they sit in various locations.
Final round with a senior manager - they insisted on a video call - it all went well. And only after that round though I had all the right degrees, experience and all that they needed - I realised the importance of LOOKS. That being the reason for being rejected.
And no one cares to do their job right, there was no closure and no email communication and of course the HR won't pick the calls

Very good and very easy answers anyone can get it easily so apply and very easy questions they make us feel casual does not even feel like and interview so apply without hesitating and go for it
It went well. Interesting questions were asked. Interviewer were on time and overall it was good.
