Entrevista
The interview was in 3 parts. The process overall was fine, although you needed to back up everything you stated. If you stated something you would get a question about that and a source or an example on everything. I learned quickly not to say what kind of person I am without a good example. The day was divided like this:
1. Talk about yourself 1h
2. Case 1h
3. Catch-up if something was unclear from 1) or 2) 1h
Colloquio di gruppo con altri candidati. L'obiettivo era testare la personalità dei candidati e la loro attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Probabilmente vi era anche una fase di osservazione dei candidati durante la fase di preparazione delle attività.
Chiacchierata conoscitiva, con domande volte a conoscere la propria personalità e il proprio stato attuale in termini lavorativi e di studi. Possibilità di fare domande inerenti al lavoro per cui ci si è proposti.
