Had a written test. Its based on aptitude. After Group discussion round is there. They have selected average of 5/10 members per team. Then technical round where your skills are assessed and if satisfied will be taken to appropriate role. Technical round will not be that easy. You need to prepare well. Finally HR round where for fresher they will assess your attitude.

I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
