I had two campus interviews with successively senior people, followed by an on-site interview in San Francisco I was flown out for. At this final interview I met with two separate senior people as well attended a short presentation about the company.

I remember them asking me a lot of questions of how I understood the workings of the company and how I might fit in there, as I was a somewhat non-traditional candidate. On my last onsite interview, when I was answering a 'what was one of your most difficult projects' question, they asked me 'why did you finish it?'
