Popped into the store to submit resume to a store manager but came across the area manager instead who conducted an on-the-spot interview. I was hired and then had to attend an induction at the Sydney head office before I was able to commence work.

Relatively easy. Asked what our goals were in completing the role of a sales assistant and what makes excellent customer service. Then we proceeded to have a budget and shop for items within the store. Make sure to pick up as many shoes as possible (as the hiring employer was looking for this and none of us got it right).
