Applied via LinkedIn, heard back from the recruiter within a couple of days. We then had a 30 minute phone interview, mostly basic questions to verify past experience, right to work, etc, and they explained a bit about the role, company, and next steps. Then 2 days later I received an email to inform me that I had not made it to the next stage.
