The interview consisted of 5 phases - A phone interview, a homework assignment, a video interview with 2 senior team members, a client presentation, and a final in person interview. In total the process took about 5 weeks. The folks at AP are very passionate about finding the right candidate and so I think that's why it's such an in depth process. I was extremely impressed with everyone I interacted with. Not only were they professional, easy to talk to, but they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I've never seen such flawless execution. As a prospective candidate it made the process so much less stressful.

Afterward, I noticed that the same roles continue to be posted and reposted frequently, with listings remaining open for months. This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
