The interview process was across 5 different stages, with a combination of individual interviews, online assessment & a presentation. It began with the talent acquisition team followed by the account management team and the final round was a 1 - 1 with the UK MD.
I really enjoyed this process and I feel there was a good mix of questions and a variety of topics covered (from both a personality & skillset perspective). I felt the time given to prepare for certain stages (the online assessment or presentation) was very reasonable and this set a high standard. Something I also enjoyed was how transparent the team were in providing all relevant information about the company culture, work life balance and expectations of the role.

The interview process involved multiple rounds and a lengthy assignment, but ultimately no offer was made. Afterward, I noticed that the same roles continue to be posted and reposted frequently, with listings remaining open for months. This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
