It was lengthy and intensive. I believe there were four or five rounds. During that, I had to explain why I wanted to work there, followed by a call with a recruiter, followed by a homework assignment, followed by an interview with two account directors and finally a 20-30 minute presentation on client strategy.

This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
