It was a long and thorough process but enjoyable. After i applied online i got an email to take a little personality test. After that someone from the HR department reached out to me to get a better understanding of who i was, what i was looking for and where i would fit best. When it was determined that i would move forward with the interview process i was given a homework assignment that was related to the role of the position i was applying for. The homework assignment wasn't too difficult. After the assignment, HR reached out to me to schedule a SKYPE interview with 2 directors (one would be my direct boss). The interviews were enjoyable, some of the questions caught me off guard a little, but the other were expected for the position. I did this twice and then it was a lunch meeting with a current employee and I was offered the position less than a week later. So it took over a month with many rounds but it was enjoyable, and they were pretty flexible with days and times.

very in-depth interview process. lot of questions, thorough to ensure you have the experience and qualifications. creating presentation, Q&A portion, overall easy process just a little lengthy. the team is very nice, easy to work with. they are personable so it was easy to feel comfortable during the interview

Entrevista
The interview process was very straightforward and was clearly laid out in the first HR call. The first call with the HR was to get to know the candidate(me) and to brief out AP's ways of working. The second round was an assignment related to daily the job tasks for the position, followed by an interview with a Senior Manager to test our interest for the role with some behavioural questions, then a presentation round with a Global Account Director. The last call as with the VP of the department to solidify their decision.
It was definitely one of the most smooth sailing and enjoyable interview process. The feedback and communication from the HR about the next rounds was very quick and prompt. All the people taking the interview were so kind and understanding of the situation. It definitely made me want to be a part of the team even more.

I enjoyed the interview process with AP, everyone I came across was welcoming and encouraging which I appreciated. Despite being quite a lengthy process it was useful for myself to get to know the company and role better to understand if it was the right fit for me.
