It takes two to four weeks to start working. First, they have you do the initial interview with some basic questions about yourself. Then, you are scheduled for training that lasts for 3 hours and then you do a demo lesson where you teach one of the lessons to a pretend student.

Initial interview, quick and easy. Simple questions about handling issues during classes.
Then very lengthy training, the trainer was very friendly and patient. You have to do a practice demo and a final demo, I did not pass the final demo, but I found the feedback reasons to be unfair and unreasonable. Some rules and regulations I see as a serious disadvantage to the learners, because the company is too strict.
