Prior to the first round you have to take a skills assessment. It wasn't particularly hard and takes about an hour. Interviewer was 5 minutes late while I was being graded on timeliness by their rubric. The 1st round of the interview was solely to gauge whether or not you would be a good fit for their workplace culture, a little weird for a <10hr/week job with no upward mobility. If you make it through the first round they will ask you to do a mock lesson for the second round.
