It was quite comprehensive yet not too difficult. Put your best foot forward and be yourself. Show your quantitative and behavioural competencies. Culture wise it wasn’t great so I chose not to work there. I was only interviewed by men and white people. That’s not okay in a majority Black Country. So I opted for Nedbank.
