Short conversation with the recruiter, they showed up late and asked only a few basic questions before ending the interview. There was little explanation of the company and felt very informal.
One of the worst interview experiences ever. My first interviewer was totally apathetic and constantly yawning during our interview (and not even covering his mouth). I felt disrespected and like my time was being wasted, especially when he asked zero follow-up questions and his eyes were darting all over.
I then moved on to speak with the second interviewer, who was polite but similarly had no follow-up questions and seemed almost as bored as the first interviewer
I had the right qualifications and experience for the role, but after meeting with the second interviewer, I never heard from the team. I followed up twice with no response. Ghosting an applicant is one thing, but ghosting a candidate who is well into the interview process is extremely frustrating and shows that the company doesn't value communication and partnership. Ironic because these are necessary qualities for the job. Clearly this company doesn't practice what they preach.
Applied online, then heard back 1-2 weeks later. Had first interview with the recruiter, standard questions. Then had an interview with the hiring manager. I wasn’t asked to move forward beyond that.
