2 interviews; standard interview process but hiring manager didn’t show up to the first one. Rough start to the process, and noone was transparent about what the hours actually were

The interview was quick and to the point. I appreciated the genuineness of both interviewers. Throughout the conversation, the interviewer asked insightful, open-ended questions that allowed me to share my experiences and thoughts. What impressed me most was their active listening; they made sure to acknowledge my responses, often reflecting back on what I said and asking follow-up questions that demonstrated genuine interest.
