Very abnormal indeed. Asked what their salary package was for the role I was applying for. They said they didn't have a salary band at hand for the UK role at the moment and insisted that I tell them my current salary / expectations. I told them that it is unrealistic to not have a salary band as these things are budgeted for. They said they would get back to me. I got a "we decided to go with other candidates" email afterwards.

Recruiter screen followed by manager screen, then a coding exercise with AI assistant, then a take-home code review. The recruiter seems like an honest and nice guy. Super upfront about the interview process and salary band. The manager is bragging about how he wants 10x results from his team with the help of AI. He questioned my experience as if I don't know anything. Kept saying he didn't see the scope of my work, even though I explained the multi-team project I've led for a few quarters. Even asked me how many lines of code on a service I built. I didn't even bother explaining any further since he already made his mind. I can also imagine how stressful it would be to work with him based on the bragging about 10x results. He even asked me why do I even applied to this job if I'm not a good fit. I was excited about the role, but after talking with the manager, it is totally a waste of time interviewing there.
