The overall interview panel was super, however the recruiter was the worse ever.
She was not at all communicative, she would inform you 1 hour before the interview was scheduled after following up multiple times. The candidate will have a pathetic experience if this recruiter is working on the role who just leave us clueless on whether the interview is scheduled or not scheduled. The recruiter throws an attitude at you in the screening call just not caring to even listen to what you are talking and keeps scrolling her phone.
Take Home Assessment to develop an application. They want to see your thinking and how you prompt AI to tackle the problem. The end product was an application that can support certain features

Practical problems that were different than your typical leetcode style questions. They let you look stuff up and use AI if you need it. Interview consisted of phone screen, and then full loop with hiring manager, system design, past project review.
Recruiter sent me a take-home assignment. I spent more than 8 hours on it, only to be rejected 5 minutes after the screening call because they hadn’t set up the ATS filters and didn’t check my application thoroughly. Promised to send a follow-up email the next day and, of course, they didn’t. Super unprofessional, no respect to applicants time
