Four rounds of interviews which is something I nor anyone else I've spoken to has experienced. First was a half hour phone call with HR. Then about a week later another phone call with a manager on the team. Then a 90 minute Teams video interview with two members of the team discussing my background and technical questions. Then another 60 minute interview with 6-8 members of staff from various departments whereby I was to give a 15 minute presentation on a topic of their choosing I had to prepare beforehand then asked questions on the presentation afterwards for the remaining time. Communication between rounds of interviews was poor. At no point was the number of rounds I could expect discussed. I was also called on bank holidays by the HR department to arrange interviews. Time given to prepare a presentation on an unknown topic was short. On one occasion the company offered a single date and time for interview that I wasn't available for (the gap between me applying and the first round interview was at least a month). When I told the HR representative 'No, I'm not available then' they were stunned as they'd already put it in everyone's calendar and had no alternative date. I had to ask them to phone me back when they could offer an alternative.
