I had my final round interview 7 weeks ago, and since then, I've heard nothing back. The application status still says 'Interviewing,' and despite sending multiple emails to the recruiter for an update, I've been completely ghosted. The interviewers were nice and friendly, and we had a great conversation, but the recruiting team's lack of response is disappointing. It's not a great way to treat a candidate who has invested a lot of time into the process.
