Interview comprised meeting / calling potential future managers, as well as transverse staff to which there could be dotted-line relations, in order to get a 360° opinion. There were questions about personality, skills and career plans.
Compensation and benefits topics only came up during the very last meeting with HR.

The process started well enough. Interview with hiring manager and other team members Went well, was timely. Typical interview questions and process you’d expect. Timing was not bad compared to most large companies.
