There were 5 interviews with different people during the process. First a screening interview, the with hiring manager, hr, senior manager and someone else who is a senior in the matrix organisaation. The interview questions were quite typical and formal. Overall an ok experience.

The interview was virtually and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer provided an overview of the company and role, followed by a discussion of my professional background. We covered responsibilities, availability, and salary expectations. After the interview, I had to proactively follow up, as I had not received feedback for more than two weeks. I received a standard rejection email despite the prior personal interview, which felt somewhat impersonal given the earlier direct exchange.
