The entire interview process, from the initial screening to the final decision, dragged on for nearly three months. It began with a screening interview, followed by a technical task, and concluded with a meeting with the CEO. Throughout the process, the interviewers appeared noticeably disinterested and disengaged, often seeming in a hurry and unwelcoming, which left a negative impression. After submitting the technical task, I was asked to make additional improvements to further demonstrate my skills. I was told that I met their expectations but that they needed some extra reassurance about my abilities. I complied and sent back a refined version of the task. After that, I was completely ghosted for over a month. There was no feedback or update despite my follow-ups. The lack of communication and overall disorganization made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I would caution others to carefully consider whether they want to invest their time in this company's hiring process.
