Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. A few discrepancies:
•Commission is calculated on net billings, meaning that it is calculated at the time that sales are invoiced. Representatives receive commission on every sale in their territory at the time that it bills.
•AADCO does pay commission for third party products, though since we are a manufacturer, we do not offer many products from third parties.
•AADCO has a 120 day probation period to evaluate performance for new sales representatives, but benefits are available to all employees after 60 days for health insurance, and 90 days for all other elective coverage.
•The contract is under Vermont law because AADCO is a Vermont corporation. This is far from unusual.
•AADCO does recommend as a best practice that representatives see 10 customers each day. This is the core function of the position, and is reasonable and attainable in the arena that our representatives work in. An individual who feels they are not capable of striving for that 10 per day is likely not a fit for this position.
•Previously, the credentialing expense for a single specific entity would be reimbursable only after one year of service, however at this time AADCO does reimburse all credentialing expenses at the time that expenses are incurred, so I am afraid that the information you have is not accurate. Nor is there any information regarding AADCO's credentialing policy in the agreement that you have referenced in your review.
Thank you for the opportunity to consider you for the Regional Technical Representative position. We wish you the best of luck in your career search.
