firstly you need to clear the online assessment. So I gave the same 2 times and cleared both and dint receive any call or mail after that ( it was mentioned clearly on the result mail of the assessment you will receive a call from HR for further interview process) . then through a referal from the company I made them aware about the same that I have cleared my assessment but havnt recieve any further mail or call for interview. so next my first interview was scheduled for Claims dept. It was with assistant manger and senior manager. I cleared that round and after that as I cleared the round I received the call same day by evening. Next round was with more senior manager from banglore. it went quite well. As a fresher they dint ask any technical que but ques like HOTS (which wasnt actually related to any of thing what job profile was for ) but to check your awareness and speaking ability. He asked me around 7-8 ques . so after that I waited for 3-4 days and then I started calling HR but no response after 1 week calling him daily 2-3 times( In my mind I knew I was not selected but as a fresher I needed a feedback on what I lacked on and i feel that being a fresher you require a feedback so taht you can work on things you lack on ) so after that I asked person working in the same company to contact HR and ask what was the feedback so he told he dint get any from the person who took the interview. soo basically in this company not HR and even the higher authorities not feel the responsibility to convey the feedback to the interviee. so after that I tried again, and now it was a walkin We had only HR round during walkin and was sent home after HR round by saying who are selected will receive a mail or call if shortlisted for further interview to be held online. So after a week i received an interview invite to be held virtually after two days. I made my self prepared and sat for the interview 10 mins before the actual interview time. after waiting for 30 mins( teams meeting expires after 30 mins) no one showed up. I called HR immediately just to make sure it was not a lack of connectivity from my side. So as usual AXA HR NEVER PICKS THE CALL and soo dint she after trying 6-7 times. I got lucky 8th time as she picked up the call and said you have to come to the office face to face interview as the offices are resuming and managers are coming back. I said OK. so from whole thing conclusion came out they dont take any responsibility to make you inform by themselves you need to call them not like 1-2 times but for like 7-8 times but no surety you will get lucky in 8th time soo you may have to try more. soo yes after that I went to office for the same interview that was canceled virtually. I had only manager round may be she wasn't convinced that I am the right fit for it or they require experienced as she told me during interview that we require experienced hands on MS- Excel which I wasn't and yes I am a fresher and beginner. But I think company HR only don't know what and who fits for the role they just need to pass on the CV. so after that I was sent home and I thought it was the last chance and I wont get any further. Out on a random day with no again information or awareness made we were sent an another assessment to be clear for another profile -POLICY MANAGEMENT. I cleared that already twice and I knew I will clear this and soo did I . AGAIN an interview was scheduled directly with SENIOR MANAGER that too virtually(which company schedule first round of interview directly with senior manager??) Interview was quite long for approx. 10 mins (hahhah) yes 10 mins interview (let me tell you my HR round was much more longer than this). Again as I told I am fresher so she asked me some common que whic generally would have been asked to a fresher keeping in mind that a fresher wouldnt have knowledge for the same. But to give a reminder we interviee study alot before giving a interview we make ourselves prepare mentally and physically prepare and learn about company and what profile we will be going into. so the interview she dint ask any of this. que asked were such tell me about yourself where do you see yourself in next 2 years what difficulties did you face in your life what environment are you looking for what are your expectations from the company but I felt fare enough she asked me such ques because I was fresher. But after a week of interview and receiving no call or mail the person who is been helping out to communicate with HR asked her about the statu, was I selected or rejected so she gave a feedback which eventually would have came from interviewer that was- she lacked confidence, no knowledge on company and its profile(ahh! hello you dint ask me a thing about company and the profile instead I made her aware that I have learned a little about company and the profile for which i have being interviewed) . the feedback was totally false .

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. HR round - Telephonic followed by two management rounds The also have an aptitude test as their primary parameter for selection The management interview consisted of 2 panelist in each interview
