In my experience whole Interview process was smooth and effective. There were total of two rounds, each lasted half an hour max. Overall good experience,I would definetely recommend it. I Would give it 3.5 stars out of five.

I went to the walk-in interview of AXA XL (Gurgaon location) for the post of 'Analyst-Policy Management.' Approx 100+ candidates were there. After taking our resumes, they made us sit for like 4-5 hours. Then, the HR called candidates in a group of 5 for a quick discussion. HR asked a few questions like current company, current & expected CTC, 10th & 12th standard marks, why are you looking for a switch, about AXA/AXA XL, P&C insurance & reinsurance. The entire walk-in is like a preliminary screening, which wasted the entire day of candidates.

Group discussion and hr round were combined as the first round Second round was with operation manager and I was interviewed by two managers Third and final round was with senior Manager.
