Standard interview, apply online then receive call from HR to arrange for second round to meet the team.
After which got a call from HR that i got the offer.
Easy and good communication. They provided material on AXA qualities that they are looking for. This was helpful as it allowed me to plan around those skills as well. I used this to practice and prepare

Entrevista
Interview consisted of a phone chat which lasted around 15 mins. Then had an interview with one of the advisors that lasted about 45 mins asking about my interests and why I wanted to work there. There was a third interview where I went in and the advisor told me more about the position and offered me the job.
