About 30 minutes long standard set up, manager asking the questions and someone from HR taking notes. Very friendly and relaxed. Dressed smart casual. Explained a lot about what it’s like to work for axa, shift patterns. It was for a new role so I was asked what my understanding of the role was. But it was different to what was advertised

The interview itself was very relaxed and casual, i felt at ease the entire time, they were very welcoming and friendly. And I am normally quite nervous in an interview environment so thus itself was a blessing, felt comfortable from.the second I walked in to the room.

They get you to do an online aptitude test and then once complete you will need to do an in person interview. Once completed they will contact you in a hour one to two weeks
