After passing the online assessment, you will be invited to an assessment centre in Ipswich. There are several group and individual exercises and an interview at the end.
Group exercise was a role play trying to find a solution to a major problem in the company with several sources being introduced throughout the exercise. Individual exercise include essay type questions, a diagram test and a presentation.

Phone call with hr then interview with team managers on zoom. Will briefly ask you introduce yourself and ask your cv in detail. They like focus on your personality rather than your qualifications.
