Sim Staff contacted me in early April. By the end of April, I met with a panel from both programs at AVT. I was just asked some soft skill questions, questions about what technology I had worked on and a few easier technical questions. I heard back about a week later and they wanted another interview to determine which project I would be on after the first panel recommended hiring me. The project-specific interview included a tour of the high bay, office, and preview of the company's unique culture. An offer was tendered a few days later.

My resume was submitted via a recruiter. (I had applied directly through the company website, but I guess AI rejected me.) The recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. I thought the interview (on-site)went well; I liked the people I interviewed with, and I was confident I could do the job. The interview questions were reasonable. I was ghosted. I still see the job posting on Glassdoor.
