In the beginning the communication was smooth and went well leading up to my in-person interview. After that, there was no communication even though the company HR/recruiter told me she would get feedback on how the interview went. I thought it was also unprofessional to be "text messaging" all of this information to me rather than an email. But that's just me. Never heard from the HR/recruiter and even texted her to see how things were and if she received any feed back. And.....nothing, dead silence. It's a shame because I feel I'm well qualified for the position, even had an outside recruiter tell me that they were surprised I wasn't hired. Learning experience I suppose.
