Worst interview , I had a call from the hr and scheduled a screening round where the interviewer told that it is just an informal round and asked to brief about myself and asked few process questions which I have answered and are very easy and later told to ask me if any questions now itself, so I asked about the roles expectations and other things every thing went fine but the interviewer gave the feedback as limited experience when I checked with hr which is quiet surprising as she didn't ask any technical questions and it seemed like the interview is just for name sake as the role is already reserved to their near and dear and the reason of rejection is just some thing to write. Though it's common to have favouritism but it will discourage right talent by joining this company.
