Received a phone call to schedule the interview. On the day of the interview, was met by a receptionist and told to fill in an application form. Interviewed by someone from HR, followed by the hiring manager. Both did not seem very friendly, especially the hiring manager who seemed intent on pointing out my flaws

Stage1: Some tests, including English ability (computer test), personality quiz, after that is manager interview.
Stage2: waiting about one week, noticing the secondary interview with high level manager (supervisor).
