I applied via Linkedin and the manager of the role reached out to me maybe 1-3 weeks after applying. I had an initial 1:1 with him. Casual, but still professional. He sent over a Google Forms Questionnaire (maybe 20 questions) and a few days later I then met with him again and with the founder, followed by a culture interview with the other 2 people on the team.
