Initial phone screening followed by a group interview at the "office". The office has 3 rooms with desks and an open space with white boards. During the interview I was not asked about my previous work experience or extracurricular activities. It was as if the company was trying to sell you on why you should work there. The initial job description does not match up with what a daily work day is like. This is an outside sales position, which is why their are few desks in the office. Details about compensation and daily routines were scarce. Hiring managers try to appeal by highlighting the massive opportunities for growth. However, they are willing to hire anyone as it means more employees selling products. Following the group interview every candidate was given a written test on company information. Each candidate was told they needed to receive 100% on the test to get the job. Immediately following the written test a short final 1 on 1 interview occurred. It seemed as if the person interviewing me did not even look at the test I had just completed and was more focused on me taking the job. Overall, poor experience.
