I was interviewed with my direct supervisor. It was a basic conversation ranging from the weather and to what I would be doing at the job. We also discussed in between things about my resume/extra curriculum activities. I felt like I didn't have to BS like the Behavioral questions. Also felt really comfortable and thought that it was a good interview overall.

The interview was about 45 minutes long and consisted only behavioral questions asked by two interviewers. Most questions followed a “tell me about a time when...” format and focused on past experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and projects. The interviewers were friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable. I discussed my previous work, extracurricular activities, and engineering projects, and there were no technical questions. Overall, the process was straightforward and not overly difficult.
