several rounds of interviews; NO ONE looked at portfolio; mostly superficial questions; the best part is that I was interview by a range of staff from top to bottom and even the CEO; the process was quick and each person had about 30 minutes for one-on-one; got a really good feel for the company and its projects; very easy skills test
