Started with a video interview, then recruiter phone screen, then sales manager and finally sales director. Director gave green light and was onbaorded within the next few weeks.
Very casual and asked basic questions about prior experience in sales.

Very nice, Hiring manager very receptive, 2nd Interview with the Director not so nice. He insisted that the Job was tough and did not give a Chance. He said he was preparing for the future since there were no truly open positions.

Typical behavior questions, nothing truly creative. All by the book.
The interview process was quite standard. Beginning with a screening phone call with a recruiter, I then was passed to the sales manager for a few interviews (2) and was eventually offered a position.
Questions relating to prior experience as well as personality traits type questions. There is also a scenario in which you have to go about selling to a business owner as you would in that role.
