The interviewer was direct and straightforward right from the start. One of the main questions focused on my best and worst scenarios at work. They wanted details on what happened in each situation, how I ended up there, and the steps I took to overcome the challenges.

The one question that stood out was: “Tell me about your best and worst work scenarios — how did you get into those situations and how did you overcome them?”
The interviewer was very direct and wanted specific examples, including what I learned from both the success and the setback.
A little unorganized but quick and easy. Reached out multiple times before interview was scheduled. Recruiter and hiring manager were birth helpful and friendly. Waited very long between rounds so the process felt dragged out.

First round was simple phone call.
Second round another phone call with manager.
Third round was a mock interview with manager.
Received an offer but i ended up declining
