After that, I was kind in the dark for a bit, waiting to hear back. They did eventually get back to me. Sure, it wasn't super quick, but they answered my emails and even chatted on WhatsApp. It wasn't a perfect process, but it wasn't terrible either. It felt like they were really trying to find the right fit for the team. From what I saw, calling the whole place toxic or a scam seems off base. My experience showed me they're serious about who they bring on board, and while they might take a while to respond, they're not ignoring people on purpose. It's a busy place, but they do care
