A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an onsite interview. I had an interview onsite and I met the hiring manager and another manager. The interview was smooth, and easy. I thought that I did great. The recruiter asked me if I was in process with other companies; I said yes. However, recruiter insist that I should respond by the next day if I can start by next Monday. Also, she said that I should hear from her by the end of the week. I emailed her right after I got home that I am really interested and I will be available to start by next Monday. I thought I am going to receive an actual offer, so I cancelled an interview I had on that week. However, I did not hear back from them at all. I emailed the recruiter twice as a follow up and left a voice mail. I have not heard anything from them. To wrap up, I don't think that anyone should work for this company who does not value peoples' time. I spent time, money and energy, and I think I deserved a respond back even if it is a rejection.
