I applied for the job even though I did not have as much experience with the authoring tool in the job description. I was emailed by a recruiter asking me to send work samples using this other tool. I responded that all my work samples were created using a similar authoring tool and asked if that would be acceptable. No response. I sent the samples over anyways. No response. I asked if the sames went through and what the next steps would be. No response. Basically I was ghosted. It felt very rude. . If my experience wasn't enough, I could understand that but at least tell me that. Don't just never respond.
