I got called from HR. I then received an email with a few questions about the role and to test my bilingual language skills. I got invited to the office to an assessment day. The last stage was a 1 to 1 interview with one of the Managers. 1 week later I got a call that I got the job.
Straightforward interview with your typical customer service related questions and role play in teams to show teamworking capabilites. People were friendly and the atmosphere felt like a university vibe. No dress code and very trendy office

Very straight forward and simple, I'm pretty sure most people interviewed got the job. Some group activities and then individual 1 on 1 questions with someone who might be your line manager. Everyone was very friendly

Entrevista
Online application followed by video interview. If successful your asked to attend an assessment day which takes roughly 3 hours. They assess your ability to interact with others they want to see your personality. Then online assessments basically they want to know you can spell and have the ability to solve questions.
After this your sent out on a break 10/15 mins waiting to see if you through to the 1:1 interview stage. Pretty relaxed interview basic questions nothing difficult. They say they will call you in a few days with an offer or feedback. They don’t your just left wondering. They don’t reply to your emails either enquiring about feedback.
