I was first contacted via email and asked to arrange a phone interview with HR, who then organised a further interview with the design team, which was followed up by a large project to do over one week and then a presentation of the project. I was then contacted with the results of the process after two weeks. The entire process took almost two months, but the designers were very open with me regarding the time frame and next steps at all points.
