Applied online and received an request for a phone interview around 4 weeks later (over xmas). Phone interview was 15 mins and was immediately asked to come to the head office for an interview. I was given a task to create a 10 min presentation about categorisation optimisation. The process was relatively quick and I was offered the job 4 days after face to face interview. I felt the interviews asked all the right questions to get an impression of me + my experience. Team fit is important too.
