- I was referred by an employee.
- I spoke with an internal recruiter.
- Then I spoke with a hiring manager, and he indicated that he wanted to set up the next steps.
- A week later, the recruiter called me to ask if I wanted to move forward, and if so to provide times to interview.
- I responded with my times within an hour. I gave two weeks of times, and then heard nothing for over a week, so I contacted the recruiter again.
- The recruiter said the had to look at the schedules and he would get back to me the following week.
- Another 10 days went buy without a response, and I re-contacted the recruiter. He said he had to look at the schedules.
- I repeated this every two weeks, two more times. After the fourth attempt and 8 weeks later, I gave up contacting him.
No wonder this company has so many openings, they cannot even set up an interview!
I was hired after working as contractor for 2 years. The process was over phone interviews with manager. Initial interview as contractor was in person and it was a panel interview
Requires presentation with showing work product. Come prepared for the presentation. Make it interesting and show off your skills. Show interest in the company and what you will potentially be working on.
