I had two interviews from which one was about technical skills and the other on soft skills. I had to talk about my previous experience and other difficult situations that I faced in the past. I then got the offer for the internship.

Got called by a recruiter and had to do an online video assessment. Then was set up with the hiring manager for a 30 min behavioral interview. Whole process took about a week.

I went to the career fair where I had a good conversation with one of the employees at the booth. I was then emailed about a 1 on 1 interview later in the day. I went to the interview, and at the end was told that I got the job and I received my offer officially about a month later.
